The story is centered on the character Kabir (Kapoor) who leads a carefree life of traveling around India with his younger brother Arjun (Pannu) until he goes missing on their trip to Thailand for an IT fair along with his girlfriend Sanaa (Kaif). Kabir accidentally gets involved in a murder case where he is framed for the murder by Ranjana Sharma who is a famous model and she has also lost her memory. Five years after, Kabir has become an assistant to Inspector Rajveer Singh (Anupam Kher). The film was released on 1 December 2014 across India to mixed reviews. The music of the film was composed by Pritam, which was well received. The second song of the film "Mera Naam Karegi Rooftop" featuring Arijit Singh became popular. The movie was later dubbed in Tamil as "Hi! Maharaja". Kabir Lal is a carefree young man who leads a satisfying life with his younger brother, Arjun Lal. He indulges in beach tourism and regularly travels to various places in India on his scooter. During one such trip with Arjun to Goa for an IT fair, he meets the beautiful Sanaa Mehra and both of them fall in love with each other and set out together on a trip around Thailand. While they are travelling in Thailand and enjoying their tour in the jungle, Kabir is told by Sanaa that she wants to propose marriage to his brother Arjun, when they arrive back after their trip. Kabir gets furious hearing this and ends up getting into an argument with her. When Kabir and Sanaa reach a tea stall, for a cup of tea, they come to know that the road ahead is closed for construction work. They decide to take another route by taking a smaller route through the jungle. When they reach there, they are surprised to see Arjun waiting for them. He tells them that he has gone ahead on his own as he knew how Kabir would have reacted if he had told him about his marriage proposal plan with Sanaa. He then leaves with Arjun on his own way to Bangkok. Kabir and Sanaa resume their journey without Arjun. While on their way back after their tour, Kabir gets into an accident while driving through the jungle when his scooter meets an open pothole. He wakes up after a few hours to find Sanaa missing. He gets frantic in search of her in the jungle when he finally sees her in another vehicle with a lady who is found unconscious by Kabir. Kabir takes them to a nearby hospital where he learns that the lady is Ranjana Sharma, who is a famous model, and also has lost her memory. cfa1e77820
